She came very prepared with notebook and pen to jot down notes about the sit as well as great questions. She took AMAZING care of my two spoiled cats. Spending time and effort with them...playing with them and giving the one cat ear medication. I cannot sing enough praises about Elizabeth. The amount of photos and video updates made me feel so good about leaving my cats in her care. When you leave your furbabies behind on a trip it can create anxiety but with Elizabeth I was 100% at ease and knew they were in the best care. Will be booking Elizabeth again!"

Our almost 16-year-old cat, Colby, has chronic kidney disease and requires subcutaneous fluids, a specialized diet, and extra attention. Denise handled his care with confidence and compassion, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. Our other cat, Jon, is extremely particular and does not warm up easily to new people. Despite this, Denise was patient and thoughtful in how she approached him, respecting his boundaries while still ensuring he was properly cared for—even when he was being a bit challenging around mealtime. Beyond their care, Denise was incredibly communicative. She sent us regular updates, including sweet videos and thoughtful messages, which made being away from them much easier. She also kept our home very clean and was always easy to coordinate with.
