Sophia once again is our cat rockstar. She went above and beyond - dealing with some curves that none of us could foresee - including an emergency re: one of our doors that almost led to an escaped kitty. She handled everything like a dream - esp since we were in the middle of a souk in Marrakesh! All while managing to charm our little shy girls & make sure our outdoor boy got enough of his meds. I would 150% recommend her to anyone looking for a cat sitter. I struggle leaving the cats for long trips, but now that we have Sophia, we can travel in peace knowing our little ones are well taken care of.

Sophia is an INCREDIBLE sitter! My husband & I went to Seattle for six days, and we knew our cats were in amazing hands. Our senior kitty, who is scared of everyone, warmed up to her (so much that she was cuddling and making biscuits for her lol) within the first few visits… And my younger cat became her best friend immediately! Sophia’s updates were detailed, and her photos/videos were so cute. Our cats are our babies, and it was so nice not having to worry while we were away visiting family. Thank you so, so much, Sophia!

Sophia was a wonderful cat sitter for our two kitties! We have one very playful one and one rather shy one. Sophia took her time letting our shy one get used to her. She sent great photos and text updates daily and was very helpful with additional things like our mail and watering plants. Both our kitties seemed very comfortable with her. Sophia was super flexible with us when we needed a last minute cat sitter. She was wonderful in coming early to feed out cat to help her maintain her routine andsShe went above and beyond when our cat needed her eye medication. Sophia is our hero! I need to start by saying we have 7 indoor cats! And two strays that we tend to outside. Add to that one of our senior cats is in need of twice daily insulin injections that would scare most people away. Not Sophia. She did an incredible job with all of our cats. We have such a difficult time leaving town together because of the cats - and worrying about who will watch them and whether everything will go well. My husband has a difficult time trusting people with them but he was immediately put to ease by her. She sent us photos and updates with each visit which really gave us that extra reassurance and allowed us to not feel constant anxiety. I really hope she will still be available to come cat sit for us again! We adore her and I can't sing her praise enough.

Sophia is amazing...had a family emergency with an unclear return date home, she was extremely responsive in communicating and customizing service to our cats unique needs. Extremely thorough and sends pictures of cleaned areas, food, water, and plays with the cats. I would highly recommend her to anyone, we will definitely be booking her services again!

Sophia is great! She is very thorough and reliable. She doesn’t just send lots of pics of my kitty, she also sends pics of the water and food bowl, putting the key back in the lockbox, etc. She texts when she arrives, an update while she’s there, and when she’s leaving. I have a very high anxiety cat who tends to get aggressive when scared, and she even got him to play with her a bit! Will definitely be booking Sophia again in the future.

Sophia went above and beyond my expectations. She provided detailed text message updates with photos and videos of my cats every visit. She even helped clean the occasional cat vomit and going to the bathroom outside the litter box. This was my first time ever using a cat sitting service and I had a lot of reservations at first. However Sophia really put me at ease even at the initial text message interchanges and in-person meet and greets. I was able to go on vacation and mentally disconnect from home life knowing that my cats were in good hands with Sophia. I will definitely use her again next time!

Sophia was fantastic! We had to fly out of town at the last minute, for a funeral. A friend referred Meowtel and specifically Sophia, to us. Having never used Meowtel before, we were nervous, but Sophia not only squeezed us in at the last minute, but also took amazing care of our little ones. She fed them, scooped the box, gave them scritches, played with them, and gave us updates all along the way, including photos. She even watered our plants for us. It was a relief to know we had one less thing to worry about, at such a stressful time. We will definitely use Sophia again!

we’ve been using Sophia for almost 2 years now and it’s truly hard to trust anyone else! my kitties were a little sick right before we left for a longer trip, and Sophia did an incredible job with the medications and easing our nerves being away from them. truly the best sitter in town!!

We were nervous to leave our house beast alone for three nights, but Sophia totally put our minds at ease. Working with Sophia was a wonderful and reassuring experience. She was excellent in every aspect of her care for our two cats! With her sharp attention to detail, her delightful photo updates, and especially the humor and warmth she brought to our home she eliminated all of the anxieties we had about letting someone other than ourselves care for our cats for the first time. Sophia was amazing throughout our eight day trip out of town and showed that she was willing to go beyond our expectations to cover any unforeseen need. This was my first time having Sophia care for my 2 shy cats. She did a great job communicating with me daily and taking care of the kitties. She is very knowledgeable about cat behavior and although my scaredy cats tried hiding from her, she was able to talk to them and see that they were doing okay.
