Miracle was so wonderful to work with! Our usual cat sitter was out of town and we were very nervous to trust anyone with our babies. Miracle asked so many thoughtful questions during the Meet & Greet. She was attentive as we walked her through their routine, unique personalities and needs. Her update messages were very thorough and she took great care to provide lots of details of the visit and tons of pictures. We would definitely use Miracle again!

Miracle took great care of our two cats! We had to find a last-minute pet sitter and she came through for us. She gave detailed daily updates with fantastic pictures. We have one shy boy and he warmed up quickly to Miracle by the end of our trip. She went above and beyond with litter box maintenance and cleanup.

Miracle was professional and kind from the start. From the initial meeting to each visit while we were away for 5 days, she was consistent with sending updates, photos/videos, etc. we hate leaving our kitties, but knowing she was there once in the AM and once in the PM made us sleep soundly at night. They also took to her very well, which isn't always the case with one of them. She sent updates and photos with each visit, and followed instructions to a tee.
