I recently had to leave my cats, Salem and Sabrina, at home for an extended period for the first time, and I was quite anxious about it. Thankfully, Austen was there to take care of them, and he truly went above and beyond. He kept me updated daily with videos and pictures, which eased my worries and allowed me to enjoy my time away. Not only did he take great care of my kitties, but he also took the time to deep clean the litter box and even fixed a cabinet that needed repair while he was at my place. Austen is truly a great human and a fantastic cat sitter. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs someone reliable and caring to look after their pets.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
