Aki was a wonderful cat sitter for our two cats! She gave us detailed rundowns of each of her visits with pictures and videos showing every step. She sent images of their water bowls refilled, cleaned litterboxes, food bowls before and after they finished their meals plus a bunch of adorable pics and videos of her time spent with them. Aki is AMAZING! I recently moved and am so sad to lose her!! She took such great care of my kitty Bean while I was out of town (super frequently and sometimes last minute). She always sends tons of photos and videos, meticulously follows directions and has been such a pleasure to work with. Bean had an eye problem and Aki was happy to put ointment on when she came by as well, which I was so grateful for. Her updates are thorough and communication is top notch. 5 stars all the way.
