Nicole truly went above and beyond caring for my two urinary incontinent cats. Both Sherlock and Reggie have spinal injuries and require manual bladder expression—Sherlock twice daily, and Reggie at least every 8 hours. Nicole showed tremendous patience in learning their specific needs and communicated incredibly well, keeping me updated on every expression so I never had to worry. Beyond the medical care, she was wonderful with them! They took to her immediately, sleeping on her bed every night and clearly enjoying her company. I already have Nicole booked for a two-week trip this summer and couldn’t be more enthusiastic about recommending her.

Nicole took care of our cats during a two week Europe trip and we cannot recommend her highly enough! One of our boys, Reggie, has specialized medical needs on a strict daily schedule, and Nicole handled it flawlessly. She was reliable to the minute, never cut anything close, and clearly took his care as seriously as we do. Her communication was just as impressive. She checked in consistently and kept us so well informed that we could fully relax and enjoy our trip, which is no small thing when you're leaving pets with complex needs behind. Nicole is great with the kitties and with communicating with their humans! my litter robot broke down during the reservation and she helped trying to fix it multiple times. She also follows instructions meticulously and provided the best care for my kitties. this was our second reservation and hopefully many more to come in the future ❤️

Nicole watched my two 16.5 year old cats for nine days while I was out of the country. One of my old ladies requires multiple medications throughout the day, and I was nervous about leaving her.
