I LOVE having something to care for and it would help me feel closer to cats again after my longtime buddy, Alex, died of old age. I have a kitty named Winston (8, on banner) whom I adopted at age 8, Eleanor (5), Phoebe (2), and Indigo, Wilbur and Octavia (6 month fosters). I also have an Aussie puppy named Toby and a chihuahua mix Carmela! Taylor was an amazing cat sitter - I can’t say enough good things about her!! We have a multi-cat household including one very shy kitty who requires a daily medication and a prescription diet. Taylor was gentle and patient with him and made sure he was comfortable. She carefully followed all of the instructions we laid out and our kitties seem to love her. She went above and beyond - even cleaning up after our kitties made a mess overnight! Taylor clearly loves/understands cats and we felt confident in her ability to handle any issues that came up. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
