This is our second time having Naks as a sitter, and she took great care of our cat Henry! She was very attentive and patient with him despite Henry being a known menace during meal times. Naks did a wonderful job with our two kitties! One of them was unexpectedly aggressive although we’ve hired cat sitters before. She handled the situation patiently and calmly, and stayed longer than the reservation to make sure everything de-escalated and both kitties had time to eat. She also adjusted her patterns to minimize these behaviors on subsequent days and make sure our other cat was getting lots of love and attention. Highly recommend!

This was my first time using Meowtel and I was so nervous! 😰 I just moved across the country three months ago and before that was able to leave my sweet, shy boy Jaime 🐱 with family whenever I would travel for work 🛫. Was a little nervous to leave my kiddos behind since it was the first time me and my partner were going on vacation for a few days, but with Naks, just meeting with her I knew that they would be left in great hands :D She was very communicative as well as sending tons of pictures which me and my partner really appreciated! I had to schedule Naks for the first time before a trip abroad for 2 weeks. My cat is easy going but needs extra attention to his wet food diet and bathroom frequency. Naks’ updates kept me reassured for my entire trip and I knew that Sesame was really enjoying her visits! Really incredible attention to detail and playmate to Sesame.
