Naks was an amazing cat sitter and took the time to communicate with me about my kitty Daisy. she reached out about a time to meet up, was very patient, asked lots of really great and specific questions about Daisy, her routine, any thing she should know. I asked Naks to look after my 2 cats during my 3 week honeymoon. I received daily updates with many pictures. I was a little nervous about how lonely my cats get when I am gone, so I was surprised and happy to see that Naks was getting along well with them. The older cat had a medical incident right before the honeymoon, and Naks was flexible enough to add an additional visit to apply medication. I will definitely rehire Naks again next time I go on a trip!

Naks did a wonderful job with our two kitties! One of them was unexpectedly aggressive although we’ve hired cat sitters before. She handled the situation patiently and calmly, and stayed longer than the reservation to make sure everything de-escalated and both kitties had time to eat. Was a little nervous to leave my kiddos behind since it was the first time me and my partner were going on vacation for a few days, but with Naks, just meeting with her I knew that they would be left in great hands :D She was very communicative as well as sending tons of pictures which me and my partner really appreciated! She was also a good caretaker to our kiddos feeding them and cleaning up after them even when one of our kittens made spills 😅 She was very patient with them as well and when she noticed a few issues with one of our kittens she sent pictures and informed us of the problem. She’s attentive, tedious, and she even helped throw out the cats litter bag before we arrived home! If we were going somewhere I would gladly and positively rehire Naks as our cat sitter since we had such a great experience with her!

I had to schedule Naks for the first time before a trip abroad for 2 weeks. My cat is easy going but needs extra attention to his wet food diet and bathroom frequency.
