From my cat's body language, she absolutely adored Naks. We would get playful photos to Misu sitting on her lap for cuddles. My cat loved having her around. We felt that Nak's did a great job of taking care of Misu. We plan to book with her in the future :)!

Naks did a wonderful job with our two kitties! One of them was unexpectedly aggressive although we’ve hired cat sitters before. She handled the situation patiently and calmly, and stayed longer than the reservation to make sure everything de-escalated and both kitties had time to eat. She also adjusted her patterns to minimize these behaviors on subsequent days and make sure our other cat was getting lots of love and attention. Highly recommend!

Our kitties love Naks! She came and took great care of our two furballs while we were gone 💕 Naks gave great daily recaps and candid photos of the kitties, all within a speedy timeframe. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
