Melissa took great care of our cats while we were gone and they loved having her over. She was able to play with even our shy cat and took great photos.

Melissa was absolutely amazing as my cat-sitter! Reliable, dependable, upbeat, caring, and friendly! She left me details about my cat and took photos of the empty food bowls after arriving every morning! It's always reassuring when I can see that my cat has been eating! Melissa was prompt with her visits (8am-9am) and had great attention to detail. A couple times, my shy cat was hiding during her visit, but on one visit, She was able to spot the cat in the living room and took a video of my cat doing some very sad and soulful meowing. Melissa spoke sweetly and softly on the video, reassuring the cat that she was safe, and that I'd be back home soon. It was so touching to be able to view that video! Melissa treated my Meezer like it was her own cat! I never for a moment worried about my cat's care, and was able to fully relax and enjoy my vacation! I highly recommend Melissa and plan to use her as my permanent cat-sitter whenever I'm away!

This was our first experience with Meowtel and we are happy with how Melissa looked after our boy Elfie for 2 weeks. Melissa is diligent, thoughtful, friendly, professional and came across as a natural at all things cat-related. We loved the numerous photos that she was sharing everyday.
