"Luanne is a gem! My husband and I are retired. We do not travel often. Recently, though, we were invited to a celebratory family party in another state. We immediately began planning to attend. Care for our three pets was our biggest concern. Our pets are used to us being at home with them. The oldest, a nine year old cat has medical issues and must have insulin after breakfast each morning and a liquid medicine before dinner. Our pets have very different personalities. We have our mellow senior, a friendly high energy three year old and a very shy two year old. Luanne established a genuine rapport with my husband and me and with our fur family at the initial meet & greet meeting. She made additional visits before we left to learn our routine in preparation for her overnight stay. Luanne clearly had a real affection for our three. We were able to relax and enjoy our family time. We knew Luanne was caring for our pets and giving each the attention and care needed for each unique personality. Medication was properly administered. Luanne sent multiple status reports and fantastic photos each day. Many of the photos were of professional quality. Our home was neat and well cared for, mail & papers collected, plants watered and our pets were happy when we returned. We are grateful to Meowtel for recruiting Luanne. If I could, I’d give her more than 5 stars! We are completely satisfied. We highly recommend Luanne!"

"Everything went fine with the registration process this time. Last time, after the cat sitter and I had come to an agreement, she cancelled the night before my trip, and I had to postpone it for two weeks. She claimed that she never officially accepted the reservation but still didn't let me know until the night before I left. So, that was confusing. Winter was much better about keeping my informed throughout the process and kept to her word. There's a lot of places to leave detailed information about you, your cat, and the kind of care she/he needs. Overall, I like the site and love the service. I was especially pleased that I could book an overnight sitter as my cat gets very lonely and has a complicated feeding schedule."
