She doesn’t just take care of our cats—she pays attention to every little detail about them and genuinely understands their personalities. She seems to know every movement, expression, and little “language” of our cats. She notices things that even we sometimes don’t! She takes such amazing care of them that my only concern is that they might start comparing her to us—and we may not come out looking very good! 😊 She is also extremely reliable and communicative. She always keeps us posted about when she is arriving and leaving, and regularly sends us photos and videos of the cats. It makes such a difference when you’re away to actually see that your cats are happy, comfortable, and being well cared for. What I especially appreciate about T is that she goes beyond simply feeding and looking after the cats. She is very knowledgeable and always gives us helpful suggestions about their nutrition, behavior, and overall well-being. She was incredibly thorough, and I loved seeing her take notes as we went over Connor and Amé’s care. She asked thoughtful questions and really took the time to understand their individual needs and routines. She even worked with us to make sure the cats had dinner around their usual time, which is especially important for our little Connor (he's a little sensitive guy)! Jennifer sent adorable picture updates and provided a clear, detailed, and timely summary right after the scheduled appointment time. Her communication really put my mind at ease! And she even got our shy little guy Connor to come out and eat his dinner, which is a huge accomplishment! It's clear that Jennifer genuinely cares about the animals she looks after.
