Our cat requires medication and Jannet was not only confident about administering the doses, she also sent updates about how the meds had been mixed into our cat’s food- and how much she had eaten. Our cat is also quite skittish and needs a lot of patience. Jannet was very kind and took time to get to know her, and she even sent photos to document their time together. I’ve never used Meowtel before and it was a first for me to hand over my key to a stranger, but the experience was wonderful! I would recommend Jannet to anyone looking for a cat sitter who truly cares about her role and the impact she has on cats and kittens. I will definitely ask for Jannet’s help the next time I’m out of town- she’s the best!"

After day 3, I stopped worrying, knew that it was a great fit, and could relax! Helena is kind, patient and professional. she provided great updates and our kitties warmed up to her immediately. Even our floof, who is normally nervous around people, would greet her at the door and purr. She went above and beyond when there was a crazy rainstorm and water leaked through our doors/windows, providing her own towels and drying our own linens that got wet. Usually our (spoiled) cats are visibly upset with us when we return after leaving them for more than a week but this time when we returned they were happy and resumed their normal routine. I organized him to go to the vet and then when he was done Amy picked him up from the vet for us and brought him home. She also brought over all kinds of other food options to give him to try to eat. She documented everything thoroughly with pictures and videos so we could get a handle on what was going on with him. The information that she provided was critical in our decision to cut our trip short and get home to our cat.
