Jacquie was amazing! Super responsive and helpful when it came to setting up the reservation and meeting ahead of time to note everything that needed to be done. She was also great about giving text/picture updates every day of my trip. She was so sweet with my shy kitty and I felt at ease with her in Jacquie’s care. Jacquie took such wonderful care of our kitties while we were away. I have had such bad luck with sitters from these apps and actually was starting to think that a lot of the reviews were fake because my experience was so poor with such well-reviewed sitters. Well, Jacquie changed my mind. She sent wonderful updates every day, was able to handle a last minute change in one of my cat's medication with ease. My other cat is really finicky with people and she was totally fine managing his moods and super understanding. We came home to completely happy and not stressed kitties. She also went above and beyond by taking care of packages left on our doorstep and searching our 'hood for missing packages and kept our house nice and tidy.
