We are so happy that we decided to go with Emily to watch our 2 cats over our 2-week trip! We had her stop in every other day and she provided the most detailed and entertaining update notes with each visit. Our boys were very well taken care of and Emily’s communication and attention to detail is fantastic. One of our cats is very shy around people and he warmed up very quickly to Emily and allowed her to play with him and give him pets very early on. Our other cat is more sociable and she made sure to give him lots of attention. She also showed respect for our home and made sure everything was taken care of each time she came. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
