We love Joella! It can be difficult find someone you trust to come into your home and take care of your beloved pets, but Joella makes it easy. She asks questions, stays in constant communication, and sends lots of pictures so we always know what's going on. Most importantly, both of our cats like her, which is saying something. We're really glad to have found her.

Joella went above and beyond to care for my medically fragile kitty! Joella took detailed notes at the meet and greet and administered the medications wonderfully. They took Poppy’s blood sugar which was helpful for me to know how she was doing. I received many text updates and photos.
