She took the time to learn about each of my cats and asked great questions to make sure both they and I had the best experience possible. Throughout our time away, she provided excellent communication, shared important updates, and always responded quickly. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my cats were in such caring hands. The biggest surprise was that one of my very shy kittens actually came out to play with her, which is incredibly rare! That alone speaks volumes about how patient and kind she is.
