I am very particular about who cares for my 4 cats, and I plan my trips around Aliena’s schedule because no one does a better job! She not only does the basics such as food, water, medications and litter but plays and snuggles. I am socializing a feral cat which is housed in a separate room. Aliena also spends time sitting and reading so that even my cat who is afraid of humans, gets attention in my absence. I don’t trust anyone other than Aliena to stay with my cats and care for our home.

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
