When Hannah cat sit my cat for a week, she first met her to establish a relationship, sent me photos and videos everyday, asked what nicknames she responds to / certain activities she likes so she could mimic them while I was away, and even left Piper a toy for me to come home to and give her! Piper now is very excited whenever Hannah comes back over!

Hannah is an amazing cat sitter! We've used her for years and will continue to in the future. She's cared for our 18-year-old senior kitty, administering medication (and butt pats). We also have two cats who need to be fully separated, and she handles that excellently. She's never mistakenly let one out, and she always makes sure that they both get the love and attention they each need. She also has excellent communication, and is always flexible when plans change. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
