What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have been cat sitting on and off for approximately 3 years, mostly for friends and family’s cats! I have sat a variety of ages from 4 months to 15 years for a variety of time - 2 days to a full month!

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I do have my own cat at home! Her name is Jackie and she is 13 years old! She has chronic kidney disease but she does not let that slow her down at all!

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

To prioritize the safety of the cat and the home while I am sitting, I make sure to communicate with the owner beforehand while meeting with them to know their cats behavior and where their cat likes to go. I make sure that I am the only one going to take care of the cat to give it as much peace as possible, and make sure that when I leave the cat is inside the house and all doors are locked and secure.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
