This is the second time Jay has watched our two previous boys, and we were just as happy this time as last. Jay provided detailed updates and photos of our boys on each visit, which we appreciated. We knew after each visit that our boys were happy, fed, and had a clean litter box. One of our boys, Slavchik, has an autoimmune disease, which flares when he is stressed, and he has a history of "flaring" when we're gone. Both times Jay watched our cats, Slavchik did not* go into a flare. Jay does a perfect job interacting with Slavchik in a way that does not stress him out. Both times we've returned to happy stress-free cats!

Jay provided excellent care for our 2 senior cats during our recent trip. This is at least the second time we have had Jay as our sitter and he again went above and beyond our expectations. No matter how well you plan little unexpected things happen (on our end, not on Jay’s) and he just handles them. plain and simple. This time our adult daughter popped in unexpectedly and unfortunately it looked like a possible break in. Jay immediately contacted our son and daughter and got to the bottom of it. No harm no foul. just peace of mind for us. And I should mention, Jay is exceptionally warm and caring with our cats. They were happy (ie: not attention starved) when we returned. I feel able to go and enjoy myself with Jay in charge!!

Jay was absolutely purrrfectly my idea of a great cat sitter. he thoughtfully allowed the cat to become accustomed to him before attempting to pet her.(he is a cat owner)He followed my instructions to the letter and was attentive and flexible to my requests regarding the safety and security of my household while I was away. He strives to do his best, and therefore rates as top sitter I have encountered in the last several years.

Jay is fantastic! My cat immediately took to him, and gives him hugs. Jay is friendly, professional, kind, an excellent communicator and, of course, brilliant with cats. He also took time to read my (kind of lengthy) instructions and ask questions. I know my feline is looking forward to his next visit! I highly recommend Jay!

We can always trust Jay to take amazing care of our cats when we go out of town. He’s very flexible and patient (we aren’t always the best at planning ahead). We have one cat who is outgoing and one is who extremely shy and he takes the best care of their individual needs.
