I’m also happy to care for multiple cats, scoop lit... Hi, I’m Scarlet! I’ve spent over 15 years caring for kitties of all personalities, from shy seniors to high-energy kittens. I know how to earn a cat’s trust, and I make it my mission to keep your fur baby happy, healthy, and loved while you’re away.

I’m reliable, gentle, and genuinely passionate about feline care. Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I’ve had many cats in my lifetime but right now I have 2 cats. An orange tabby named Oliver. He just turned 1 year old! Then I also have a long haired tabby/maincoon mix. Her name is Kiki and she is about 7 years old.
Are you usually available during holidays?
Absolutely! I feel like this is probably when a lot of people need someone to watch their animals and make them feel safe!
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
It’s extremely important to be patient with cats. I never force myself on a cat that is unsure of me and make sure to earn that trust! Either with treats or let them know I’m not a threat by not forcing myself on them and giving them their daily needs.

Sharlet was the best!! This was the first time we used this app after the recommendation of a friend. I was pretty nervous about it in the beginning because we've had bad pet sitting experiences and we didn't know Sharlet at all. But she was absolutely amazing with our old lady. She was on time every time, which was critical for us and she traveled far 2x a day and stayed with our baby the whole time. She communicated with us every day, sending pictures and giving us a status each day. Our cat tends to be very uneasy with strangers, but judging from pics, she seemed pretty at ease. We grateful for her outstanding care and look forward to calling on her in the future!

Scarlet is wonderful! She was super reliable and handled my short term reservation with ease (even with all my scheduling changes). My senior cat and my younger cat can be very standoffish but she was very kind to them. I know this because they actually came out and let her take pictures. If you’re nervous about using this service then go with Scarlet as your sitter because I will definitely be using her services again one day :)

Scarlet was amazing! Absolutely 10/10 recommend. Our old lady Mainecoon mix is very picky about several things and a bit on the spicy side, but she immediately seemed comfortable with Scarlet when she walked through the door to meet both of our cats. She was very communicative over the duration of our trip and went above and beyond to help us with other little items we needed, like taking our recycling out for trash pickup day. We’ll definitely be using Scarlet in the future — you can tell she truly cares and will do anything to ensure your cats are comfortable and cared for. Thank you so much!

Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.
These are the date ranges in 2026 to which the holiday surcharge applies:
- January 1-4: New Year's 2026
- January 16-22: MLK Day
- February 13-19: Presidents Day
- May 22-28: Memorial Day
- June 16-22: Juneteenth
- July 1-7: July 4th
- September 4-10: Labor Day
- October 9-15: Columbus Day / Indigenous Peoples' Day
- November 8-14: Veterans Day
- November 23-29: Thanksgiving
- December 22-28: Christmas
- December 29-31: New Year's 2027

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Littleton cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $31.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
