Shannan was absolutely wonderful! She sent very thorough updates each visit and really made the effort to bond with our shy cats. Unfortuately, she had to deal with a few hairballs but everything was spotless when we got home! Highly recommend!

shannon loved my furgirls so much. I am not sure who had more fun during play tine shannon or the kitties lol! she sent pictures of the tasks that were confirmed to be do e litter , water fountain feeding and treat time as well as video’s for play time and kitty glam shots and of course brushing there shiny coats to their standards! Melvyn and Chloe had fun while we were away which was so important to our family they normally go with us camping and off roading so this was the first time in there life we had to leave them home ever.
