Jennifer was awesome with our baby girl!! Two days before we left for our trip, we were told that our senior girl needed subcutaneous IV fluids every other day. I was panicked, but Jennifer was calm, cool, and collected. She had no issues with getting our sweet girl used to getting the IV fluids while we were gone as well as adding an additional oral medication. Our cat was also in the middle of not wanting to eat her normal food, but Jennifer was happy to try out different foods and tricks to get our cat to eat while we were gone. It takes a little bit for our girl to warm up to people when we’re not there, but by the end of our trip, she was curled up in Jennifer’s lap every evening and even slept in the blanket with her! Jennifer is amazing and I would highly highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic trustworthy catsitter!

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
