Stephanie was a reliable caretaker who took care of my cat in the way I requested. In the meet & greet she came prepared to take notes, was attentive, and asked questions about things I forgot to mention. She was also patient with my shy cat and eventually my cat liked hanging out with her. While I was away from home, Stephanie gave me detailed daily updates on what was done that day and how my cat was doing which really put my mind at ease. Before her last day, she double-checked with me if I will arrive home on time to take care of my cat, which I did appreciate. Overall, Stephanie was great and I feel comfortable having her cat sit in the future.
