Andrew made the entire booking process easy and efficient. He was very gentle with greeting our cats the first time, and they loved him right away. During the visit, he sent us pictures that caught some cute moments of them, which helped me a lot because I personally miss them during trips! He was also able to administer the inhaler without issue. I have a lot of confidence in Andrew to keep our pets happy in the future.

Andrew is awesome!! I had to leave town immediately for a family emergency and was in a real bind for cat-care. Andrew saved the day! He was so responsive and flexible. He sent detailed, daily updates and even offered to water my plants. Additionally - and this is big – he coaxed out my super-shy calico for a pet and a pic. Incredible!
