Heather is a fabulous cat sitter! She watched our 2 kitties for 4 days and we couldn’t be more pleased. She is extremely professional, very personable, and clearly loves all things cats! She gave one of our boys his medicine each day with zero issues and she played and spent quality time with them during every visit. She also sent pictures and videos! Heather has been a true blessing to our family. We were not near to our in-laws cats and couldn't care for them when our parents were hospitalized. Heather went the extra mile to care and love for the cats. She communicated very clearly and effectively and anticipated any needs that the cats had! She spent extra time loving and play with the cats. I received pictures on a daily basis which provided peace of mind as we could not be there.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
