Heather is a fabulous cat sitter! She watched our 2 kitties for 4 days and we couldn’t be more pleased. She is extremely professional, very personable, and clearly loves all things cats! She gave one of our boys his medicine each day with zero issues and she played and spent quality time with them during every visit. She also sent pictures and videos! We would highly recommend Heather to anyone who is looking for a compassionate and responsible cat sitter to take care of your babies while you’re away. She is excellent!!! 😻

Heather has been a true blessing to our family. We were not near to our in-laws cats and couldn't care for them when our parents were hospitalized. Heather went the extra mile to care and love for the cats. She communicated very clearly and effectively and anticipated any needs that the cats had! She spent extra time loving and play with the cats. I received pictures on a daily basis which provided peace of mind as we could not be there.

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
