I have three cats, and I was extremely nervous about leaving the country—especially because one of them has a urinary condition and is easily stressed. Any disruption to his routine can put him at risk of getting sick again and ending up in the ER. I interviewed multiple sitters in person to find the right fit, and from the moment I met Laura, I was immediately impressed. Her knowledge of cats, their body language, and their needs was evident within the first 30 minutes. All three of my cats responded to her cues instantly—I had never seen anything like it. She truly felt like a cat whisperer. While we were away, Laura was consistently communicative. She sent detailed recap emails every single night, complete with multiple videos and helpful tips on how to make our cats’ environment even calmer and more enriching, especially during routine changes. When we returned home, I was shocked in the best way. Usually when we travel, my little one with urinary issues becomes so stressed that he loses all his whiskers. This was the first trip ever where every single whisker was still there. He was happy, relaxed, and thriving. All three of our cats genuinely had the time of their lives, even with us away. I would book Laura again and again. She is truly the best, and I cannot recommend her enough.

Laura was great and super attentive. During our initial meeting, she laid close attention to my cat and how he was reacting to her presence… he is a scaredy cat but warms up quickly. During my time away, she sent photos of my kitty and provided nightly updates, which included photos and videos of the activities from the visit. Laura is super caring and trustworthy! She added a second litter box so that my smaller cat could have her own private space! Laura was very attentive, and very creative so they were never bore. We found them very happy and healthy when we came back. She played with them, she brought extra toys and extra food to help them feel comfortable while we were travelling. We recommend her and we will hire her again 🤍
