Jennifer is amazing. We always feel 100% at ease when we are away and she is watching over our kitties. This last weekend one of our cats got sick and she noticed immediately a change in his behavior. Without hesitation she took care of him just as if he was her own. We asked if she could take him to the pet ER and she did. She was up until the wee hours after a late night spent making sure Tigger was cared for and she did it with love and grace. She made a difficult situation so much easier. We are so thankful for her.

Had Jennifer watch our group for a few days after our one boy started some new meds and diet. She was great about keeping an extra eye on him to watch for symptoms and loved on him extra hard, which made me feel sooo much better about being away.

Jennifer is the very best. she truly loves kitties and she takes care of them as if they were her own. My kitty is a sweet little old lady with special needs. Jennifer is great about giving meds and providing pets and lots of chin scratches. She provides updates and sends loads of pictures each visit. If you have to be away, you can rest easy knowing that Jennifer is taking excellent care of your kitty.

Once again, Jennifer was wonderful with my happy PB&J trio. All three immediately recognized her and warmly greeted her (which is a real honor as two of them are very shy at times). All three have meds and all three take their meds in a unique way. Jennifer was super diligent in following the routine and all three took their meds straight from her hands (also a sign of great trust!). When I had to return home because I got sick, Jennifer helped me navigate Meowtel reservation and made sure all of us were safe. I would not leave my kittos with anyone else! Thank you Jennifer!

This was the first time in 10 yrs PB&J have been left alone overnight. I knew they were in good hands with Jennifer but still I was anxious they would feel neglected. As soon as I got the first visit report and fantastic photos all my anxieties disappeared. All three kittos had the best time and clearly felt safe, cared for, and loved. They played, they ate, & they entertained Jennifer (and me with the pics). All three have some specific care needs with meds and supplements. Jennifer was so attentive to keeping their usual rituals . She even used the same cues and affirmations I use. Jennifer is a true cat Mom and is a wonderful surrogate Mom! First time ever having to use a sitter for my two cats. One of the two cats can be very timid and takes medication twice a day. I was a bit nervous for both Jennifer and my calico Joy hoping they clicked. Jennifer met the cats beforehand making sure there was a connection. Her actions were gentle and gained their initial trust. During her visits she gave me detailed updates and photos. She was very communicative and that helped as I was able to tell her few habits of the cats during her visit. She was able to medicate my calico after sticking with it! By the time the last visit was complete I feel she earned both cats trust which is great! I'll be a repeat customer next time I need a sitter!

My kitty is a Super Senior with some special needs. Jennifer was very professional and patient; she kept me informed with photos and summaries of every visit. This is such a valuable service. I didn’t worry about a thing while I was away on family business. The care and comfort Jennifer provided was just what I needed. I highly recommmend her!

Jennifer was fantastic! We were nervous about leaving our one-year-old kitten home alone, but Jennifer gave us amazing updates and took excellent care of him. This September was the third time I’ve trusted Jennifer to take care of my cat Cleo for two weeks at a time while on vacation. Jennifer was excellent in taking care of my 10 fun angles. She had the morning shift, which is always requires the most clean up. In addition, she was able to pitch in when Jen was ill, and she found some "accidents" that had happened. Some of our angles act out after we have been gone longer than a week.

Jennifer was fantastic as always. She was able to fit into our last-minute travel schedule despite being busy during spring break herself. The kitties were taken great care of. She applied medications professionally and kept everything in order and clean. Her updates were in time and was always very responsive. She also provided insightful advices to our cat's marking problem. I already booked Jennifer for June and she has made traveling so much easier for us.

This was Jennifer's second time hanging out with our dynamic duo, and she was great - so great that the cats remembered her (enthusiastically!) from over a year ago and were less than impressed when we came home 😆. We got great updates and beautiful pictures every day of the booking, and you could tell the cats were having a blast! I would give six stars if I could.

We went on a quick weekend trip and our bubs were very excited when Jennifer came over to play just a few hours after we left. They always have the best time and I love talking about all the new cat products on the market with her (she knows all the things if you need any ideas for toys, tech, etc.). I’m always on the hunt for some new enrichment and love asking other people what they’re loving for their cats.

Jennifer did a great job kept us update throughout her visits even managed to make friends with Buster a cat that is extremely shy and hides. Most importantly was able to administer eye drops and meds as needed to our older kitty which was so great to know she was in good hands.

Jennifer is reliable and dependable and my cat, Louie, liked her. Louie doesn’t always respond well to new people, he is shy and territorial, but he liked Jennifer and she was really good with him. We’ve had a few longer trips pretty close to each other on the calendar and where we traveled pretty far away. We’ve used Jennifer for all of them and our bubs have been much more comfortable and less anxious than they’ve been in years past when we’ve gone on longer trips. This makes for a less stressful and more enjoyable trip for us too.

This is now the third time we have asked Jennifer to pet sit our three babies and once again… a commanding performance!! Not overstating… she does an amazing job with everything… communication, caring for the kiddos (they genuinely love spending time with Jennifer), dedication to making sure all the kids are getting loved on, kept track of, etc. She knows their regular behaviors well and if one is doing something different, it’s immediately communicated! She’s flexible on times, always on time, and the house is immaculate when we arrive home! We have had some previous bad experiences with pet sitters (not from Meowtel) so our trust level was very low! Even after the first time Jennifer pet sat for us, the the trust level took a significant jump upwards!

I will begin by stating that this is not our first time with "Auntie Jen!" And it won't be our last!! Auntie Jen is the best ever with our teenager, Cosmo! She is the cat whisperer! Jen knows cats, has cat, and can warm snooty cats up very quickly! Since I can't describe all the details of her skills, I will end by saying, I am a nervous cat-mom and Jen is the ONLY person I trust completely with our Cosmo!!

Our trio had a great time while we were away as usual. There were some storms at home while we were traveling and Jennifer’s detailed updates helped to calm the nerves.

I have a very skittish senior cat, Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure all her needs were met, and that she was as soothed as she could be for a shy girl. I can’t say enough great things about Jennifer. All her communication was clear, she sent several photos and I could tell she genuinely cared about my cat by her messages and interactions with her. I will book again next time I travel.

we walked in on "Auntie Jen" and Cosmo having playtime in the middle of hard floor! She was giving her a Chulu and using cat her behavior modification techniques with Cosmo! She even gave Cosmo a catnip banana and Cosmo went to bed high and happy. So did we! The end!😁

Jennifer did such a wonderful job taking care of my 3 cats while we were on vacation. As a plus, she is a great detective in locating cats hiding in sneaky locations…. like in the couch!
