Ema was excellent with my cat. I was nervous about hiring a new sitter after using the same person for nearly 10 years, but she immediately put me at ease. this was our longest trip ever we were gone 3 weeks and trusted Ema to take care of our two babies! she did a phenomenal job. Even though they protested and knocked breakables off high shelves we didn’t think they could reach Ema came in and cleaned up and cat proofed the house to keep them safe!

Ema had cared for my cats on several occasions. I am honestly telling you that Ema is by far the most dependable person I have had the pleasure of using to care for my fur babies while I am away. She doesn't just care for my kitties, but she also solves all the random issues that come up, such as wi-fi malfunctions, jammed electronic devices, care of packages that unexpectedly show up, receiving, opening, and installing AC adapters to fix malfunctionimg devices, etc. When I say that Ema goes above and beyond, I really mean it! Plus, no one gets photos of my Tobi the way she does. I also have a very delicate, little old lady, who requires medication and clearing of her mucus. Ema is wonderful with her. I don't know what I would do without her.

We had to leave immediately for a few days and one of our cats has a stomach problem and needed to get medication. We also have two other cats and all have a different diet. Ema took great care of everything. She gave the medicine and kept on eye on all of our cats. She’s responded very quickly and every day give us a report about our cats🫠 When we come back our cats felt good and taken care of😍 I recommend her very much🤩

Ema took great care of my elderly cats. One needs medication twice a day. And 2 don't always get to the box on time. She cleaned up everything no complaints. Couldn’t ask for a better caretaker! Ema has cared for our 6 cats multiple times, for a week or more each time. Two of them require medication. The updates and pictures were great. I was truly frightened at the thought of leaving my kitties for a month and having a stranger come into my home, but I took the chance. Ema was great. She came and met my 4 cats and took the time to take notes and listen to all the instructions. We left in a hurry and my home was quite the mess. Ema didn't hesitate to take on the task of working around the mess and tending to my elderly, sickly cat, who has to have her mucous wiped and needs to take an oral supplement. She kept me informed with great communication and pictures/videos of my fur babies. Their every need was taken care of and she even swept the mess of litter on the floor several times. When the treat dispenser jammed and I couldn't flick treats from afar, she fixed it. Next time I need to leave the cats for an extended time, I will not hesitate to contact Ema. Ema is wonderful! She took such good care of my kitties when I was out of town for a month that it was a no brainer to call on her when I needed someone again. Ema is detail oriented and noticed my cat's food was about to expire and alerted me about it. She also brought in all the packages that were delivered while I was gone. Ema's many 5-star reviews are on point! We moved to Miami Beach in January 2024 and our cat Simba was diagnosed last fall with diabetes. He requires insulin injections twice a day, so we can't just just leave him alone like we used to for an overnight or longer weekend. Ema was one of the few sitters (if not the only one!) in our area that had giving injections in her skills list. She is quick to respond, very friendly and professional, sent great photos of Simba at every visit, and even turned on the TV for him when he seemed lonely in the quiet, dealt with our finicky Litter Robot, brought in packages that were delivered in our absence, and when our flight home was delayed she checked to make sure we got home the day after her scheduled visits were completed! Finding someone competent, kind, and trustworthy to care for your precious family member/pet is a huge relief - combined with the above & beyond service Ema provides, I can't recommend her highly enough! :)
