What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I’ve never professionally cat sat before. I have watched friends cats, at their house and at mine. Sometimes for a single visit, sometimes for extended absences.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I always enjoy meeting new cats. Everyone has a different personality and I enjoy getting to learn theirs. Playing and petting, if they allow it, are always fun.

Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?

My favorite ‘reservation’ was for a friend going out of town for a week. The cat belonged to her tenage son and she was afraid of cats and dogs. The son gave me the run down on Calico’s needs. She was always happy to see me and enjoyed playing with toys. When the son went to college I took in Cali and she lived with us for 10 years until recently passing from cancer.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
