I have been a cat lover all of my life! I have owned cats since I was a child, researched them relentlessly, and volunteered at the SPCA in college to be near them constantly! I have been fortunate enough to have my current fur companion for 12 years (coming up on 13!). He has been with me through several out of state moves, career changes, and life changes. When he was diagnosed with diabetes, I was devastated, but determined to help him through it, no matter what. After 9 months of strictly regimented feedings and insulin injections, I am so happy to say he is in remission! Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
