We recently had the pleasure of having Kaylin take care of our four cats while we were away, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the start, Kaylin was communicative, professional, and clearly experienced with animals — especially cats with different personalities and needs. She checked in every day without fail, sending us updates, photos, and little notes about how each cat was doing. It was such a comfort knowing they were not just being fed and cleaned up after, but genuinely cared for and given attention. It’s not easy to earn the trust of all four of our cats, but Kaylin was patient and gentle. We came home to happy, relaxed cats and a clean home — everything was exactly as we left it. Kaylin went above and beyond, and it made all the difference during our time away. Kaylin was magic! Not only did she do a great job feeding and cleaning litter boxes for my 2 cats, but she also managed to gain the trust of one of my cats who is terrified of strangers! He came out to greet her on visits! This has never happened with other cat sitters I had over the years. I am so grateful for Kaylin’s help & reassurance. I recommend her very highly!
