I wanted to write a second review for Eileen, in light of the several times she has now taken care of our crew of cats. We are in the midst of a stressful, sometimes unpredictable multi-state move. We have more than one senior cat, and two cats with health issues requiring extra care. Eileen has built special relationships with all five of our cats, created routines for them that are dependable, and taken care of them like they are her very own. We have returned from each time away to find them not only healthy, but relaxed and happy cats. She’s communicative, kind, and consistent. I don’t know any other way to say it— this is the person you want taking care of your cats in your absence. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Eileen was an absolute God-send for our family. We have five cats, comprised of two senior cats and two cats who have health conditions and/ or are on medication. Eileen was communicative (so many wonderful pictures!) and took such excellent care of our kitties. Our cats usually seem a little stressed after we leave them with friends or family for a trip, but this time we returned to happy, relaxed, and healthy cats! This is Eileen’s magic. we will definitely be seeking her care for our feline family members again!

If Eileen’s cats could talk, (and they do)!, they would tell you how much she loves them and spoils them and treats them like kings and queens. I have known Eileen for over 30 years and would trust her with the care of any animal and person. She is caring, compassionate and fun! She will treat your pet like she does her own. You can feel safe and secure knowing that she is taking care of your pets!

Eileen is not your typical open a can, drop it on the floor and run out the door pet sitter. She will ensure that your pet, your loved one, will be taken care of as if you yourself were doing it. She’ll make sure that their litter box and environment is clean, and she’ll also make sure that your home is respected. She loves all cats and will pet and play with them to show that they are not alone while their mommy and daddy are away.

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
