The reservation was easy to make. Sydney confirmed quickly and was very communicative every step of the way. She sent us pictures and updates which really helped make our trip better knowing our cats were taken care of. I will definitely use the service again. Worth every penny.

We always use Sydney to look after our kitties while we are out of town and she always does a fantastic job! Sydney was wonderful companion to my two kitties. I was a bit concerned that I was leaving them for about 25 days but after the first few days, I could see by the photos/video that both kitties were happy with their new friend. I felt completely relaxed knowing that they would be content in our absence. As a bonus, she looked after some plants. I would highly recommend Sydney as a caring, personable and loving pet sitter.

I knew Sydney was going to the best care giver to my 4 cats as soon as we met. She introduced herself and quickly saw “Max” our large black cat and moved to pet him “hello”. She was interested in the cats care instructions and she would be sending videos and pictures to let us see our fur babies were doing well. she sent the videos and pics with notes on how care was going. These messages allowed us to enjoy our vacation as our cats were being cared for. Next trip away from home Sydney is who we will call for sitting help. A+
