Hello Feline Lovers! My name is Toby and I have owned seven cats throughout my life and each of them have brought me so much happiness. I live in the Central Florida area, with my partner and our two cats Regina and Timber. After living with senior cats for so many years, Timber and “Gigi” have brought a whole new energy to our household by having young cats again. So from caring for senior cats, and administering medications to them, to playing and entertaining kittens, I have a lot of experience with cats of all ages. We’ve never needed to hire a sitter for our cats before, so we were very nervous about making sure our cats were well taken care of. Toby went so above and beyond making sure that our cats were well fed and played with and cared for. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
