We had a fantastic experience with Charlotte! From the start, communication was excellent—she was always very responsive to our text messages and kept us updated every day. The photos she sent of our cat -George Clooney were adorable and really put our minds at ease while we were away. Most importantly, she took wonderful care of GC making sure he was happy and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring!

Charlotte was a wonderful cat sitter for our young girls. They are sisters. One super friendly and one very shy. She loved on our social girl and with patience got shy sister out by 3rd visit for some love. Appreciated the photos and updates too! Kitties were happy and house in order on our return. This was our first time EVER having someone checkin with our cats and the experience was amazing!! we had a last minute trip and our mother in law was no available and Charlotte was able to stop by midweek to ensure our cats had food and water. Our cats are very shy and she also gave us an update that she laid eyes on both of them before they scurried off to their hiding spots, even trying to coax them out with food. Her visit truly gave us peace of mind while, we would recommend Charlotte completely and would use her services again. ALSO… in discussing us moving and excusing our packed up mess she was also thoughtful enough to suggest some tools to make their move less stressful.

Charlotte was absolutely amazing. My kitty Boo warmed up to her right away. Boo is a friendly cat but still takes a little while to warm up to people. She warmed up to Charlotte right away- her tail was sticking straight up in the air and she was rubbing up and wanting pets from her. Boo at this time had a difficult medication regime and also was being inconsistence with how she would take her meds. Charolette took the time to make she took her meds and tried all different methods and types of treats if Boo was not being a cooperative patient that day. Before Charlotte and before Boo had to take these medications, I would leave Boo at home with enough food an water to make it through the weekend. Every time I would come home Boo would have a look on her face that she was stressed the whole time I was gone. When I got home after Charlotte took care of her, she did not have this look and that made me so happy that she was taken good care of over the weekend. Charlotte kept me update with great pics of my kitty and gave very detailed reports on how Boo was doing. My mind was at ease the entire time I was gone. She was awesome and I will definitely book her again if I need to go away.

Charlotte is a great petsitter! She is good with meds and gives the cats lots of love. She is also a great communicator.

Charlotte is a fantastic individual. I had to book a last-minute holiday reservation to leave the country. During our initial meet and greet, I could tell that Charlotte is a kind, friendly, and caring person that my "little butterball" would love. Archie was initially shy, but before she left, he was curious and trying to approach her. Charlotte sent consistent text messages and photo & video updates. I could tell Archie was thoroughly enjoying her company. Archie is a kitten, and he is extremely playful and curious. I could tell Charlotte matched his energy in every single photo or video. My initial flight had been canceled, and I had to stay three extra days and extend my stay to Charlotte again. It was positive and reassuring that Archie would be taken care of. When I returned home, I was pleasantly surprised that she left a picture magnet of Archie on my fridge, and she even brought over a new toy for him. I highly recommend Charlotte to anyone and plan to partner with her for any upcoming reservations if she is available. I am happy I used this service to find someone like her to care for my little one.

Charlotte is amazing! All her updates are very detailed and the photos are wonderful. She’s prompt and you can tell she’s a true cat lover. ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS This was my first time using a pet sitter and I lucked out with Charlotte. She looked after my cat while I traveled over the holidays and I couldn’t have felt better about what good hands they were in! At our initial meet and greet she asked very good questions about the specific care for my cat and also asked how much and what type of communication I’d prefer. You can tell she takes his job seriously and does her best to provide everything your animal needs during his visit (in my pets case it was lots of treats and play time). She cleaned the pet bowls after feeding times and even left us a cute polaroid picture of my cat on the fridge! I will be using Charlotte in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter.

I have partnered with Charlotte several times to look after my little guy, and this time was no different. I was gone for a little longer, but Charlotte provided amazing updates. Archie got tons of playtime and love from her. She takes the BEST pictures doing her updates. Charlotte is incredible! My EXTREMELY skittish orange cat (we know how they can be!), Harley, immediately took to her and found a new BFF! She works very well with different cat personalities, as she was also able to charm my saucy girl, Mo (a Queen B****)! Charlotte was excellent. My wife and I had to find someone last minute before flying cross country over a holiday week, and Charlotte was able to come by to meet our cat very quickly and gave us amazing updates with pictures of how he was doing while we were away. Our cat can be shy with new people, but he warmed up to her quickly. He genuinely enjoyed having Charlotte come keep him company, and we felt at ease knowing he was being cared for.

I can't recommend Charlotte enough! As a repeat client, I already knew my cats, Harley (my Maine coon with asthma) and Mo (my feisty black cat), were in great hands, but she continues to exceed my expectations every time. Harley's asthma requires extra care, and Charlotte handles it with such expertise and kindness, making sure he’s comfortable and well taken care of. Mo can be a bit of a handful, but Charlotte’s patience and understanding make even her feel at ease. It’s such a relief knowing my fur babies are in such loving and capable hands. I couldn't imagine a better pet sitter!
