Ashley was wonderful to work with. She looked after our cat Winston for several weeks while we were overseas and was consistently trustworthy, communicative, and kind. When Winston had some behavioral challenges and acted out toward her, she handled the situation with patience and understanding (which she definitely didn’t have to do!!). She kept us informed, and proactively tried different approaches to support him. We were so grateful for her looking after our cat. I would highly recommend Ashley!!

Ashley was wonderful with my three cats—two energetic kitties <1 yo and an 11 yo who needed medicine along with some extra attention during dinner time. She provided daily updates on how all three were doing along with plenty of pictures. It’s always a relief to see happy kitties popping up on my phone: I can see my girls are in good hands and I don’t need to worry about them. Thank you, Ashley, for taking such great care of my girls!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
