Every visit is thoughtful, thorough, and tailored to your cat’s unique personality and preferences. Each visit includes:
• Food & water refresh — I’m well versed in automatic feeders and water fountains of all makes and models!
• Litter box care & tidying — whether you use a traditional box and scoop or an LR5
• Playtime, enrichment, and affection on YOUR cat’s terms.
• Administration of routine medications at no extra cost — when your cat is under my care that includes ensuring their medical needs are met
• Photos, videos, and a detailed written update sent after every visit
I also take care to clean up behind your cat while you’re away — including wiping feeding areas, cleaning dishes at every visit, light vacuuming around litter boxes, and cleaning fountains or automatic feeders as needed. I want you to come home to a space that feels calm, clean, and cared for so you can focus on enjoying being home with your pets.

💙 Special-Needs & Medical Care Experience
I’m especially experienced and happy to care for cats with medical needs. Through 6+ years of hands-on Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) management with my own cat, I gained extensive experience with:
• Subcutaneous fluids & injections
• Oral and transdermal medications
• Probiotics and phosphorus binders
• Topicals, eye drops, and ear drops
• Gentle handling techniques for sensitive or anxious cats
My calm confidence and attention to detail help put cats at ease — making medication time as efficient, peaceful, and stress-free as possible. All kitties receiving medical care will be given a short and simple temperament test to ensure they are comfortable being approached and handled to ensure your booking is smooth and easy on your fur baby!

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
My favorite part about cat sitting is hands down getting to meet and spend time with so many incredible cats!! It is such a wonderful feeling being greeted by kitties who are genuinely happy to see me. Cats are remarkable animals, and they are all unique and have their own preferences and boundaries. I love getting to know each and every cat that I care for and enjoy figuring out what they need from me during our time together in order to feel loved and cared for. ☺️
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
The safety and security of your home is just as important to me as caring for your cat!! It is a critical part of ensuring your pet is safe and sound. If a porch door was accidentally left unlocked - I will notice. I take great care when entering and exiting your home, keeping kitties away from doorways and always checking to ensure the lock is engaged before I leave.
Are you usually available during holidays?
I am available during holidays! My whole family lives here in Roswell, and we spend our holidays here at home. As a substitute teacher I have lots of free time during holiday breaks and would love to spend it making sure your cats feel safe and loved while you’re away.
What is your favorite cat toy?
That is a hard one!!! I think wand toys would probably be my favorite, but I also love tunnels. Laser pointers are also great for kitties who need a little extra help getting their steps in - but I never use a laser pointer without cat parent approval and ask at every meet and greet about toy preferences.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
It’s all about consistency, patience and respect. It takes time and plenty of gentle kindness to build trust with a new kitty - especially when their people are away and they might feel a little more vulnerable. I will spend time speaking sweetly to an anxious kitty at every visit from the distance they feel safest with - which creates an opportunity to earn their trust over time by showing them loving kindness with consistency while respecting their boundaries and being attuned to their signals. I also engage with cats from down on their level whenever possible, and I find that it helps them to feel more secure. So if you check your kitty cam during my visit don’t be surprised when you see me on the floor 🤣

Nina is very timid and usually hides around new people, so we were nervous about leaving her. Ashley handled everything with patience and care. Within a few days she was able to gently earn Nina’s trust and even got her to come out for pets and playtime, which honestly surprised us. What stood out most was how thoughtful Ashley was with every detail. She clearly cared about Nina’s comfort and well being. The daily updates and photos were amazing and helped us feel connected to Nina while we were away. Ashley gave us complete peace of mind the entire time. This was our 2nd time booking Ashley, this time for a period of 8 days. She was great once again - super detailed, did a couple extra tasks that came up, and showed our 3 boys such genuine love and affection! We had a slight incident come up on the last day (one of the cats getting too excited about a toy and possibly eating some of it - not anything Ashley could have done to prevent) and during her visit she was extremely extremely prompt noticing the issue had occurred, communicating with me right away, and even taking them in for a quick check-up at the emergency vet to make sure all was well. When something like that happens and you're out of the country, it understandably leads to some stress - but knowing Ashley was there and showing such dedication in making sure everyone was a-okay helped put my mind at ease.

Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.
These are the date ranges in 2026 to which the holiday surcharge applies:

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Roswell cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $24.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
