"We usually board our kitties when we travel but decided to give Meowtel a try. Obviously I was nervous about having someone else care for our kitties but after meeting Allison during the Meet & Greet we knew we had made the right decision. She asked all the right questions and even brought up things I hadn't thought of. While we were gone, we got updates after each visit, including photos and videos. Plus the kitties got plenty of playtime with her laser pointer! Forget boarding. From now on we're booking Allison when we travel."

(that happened before I found Kristin & Meowtel! so stressful for me to worry about my pet while on vacation!) I have peace of mind with Kristin. She was great once again - super detailed, did a couple extra tasks that came up, and showed our 3 boys such genuine love and affection! We had a slight incident come up on the last day (one of the cats getting too excited about a toy and possibly eating some of it - not anything Ashley could have done to prevent) and during her visit she was extremely extremely prompt noticing the issue had occurred, communicating with me right away, and even taking them in for a quick check-up at the emergency vet to make sure all was well. When something like that happens and you're out of the country, it understandably leads to some stress - but knowing Ashley was there and showing such dedication in making sure everyone was a-okay helped put my mind at ease."
