Shelley was patient and I think Shadow now understands that she was the one with food, treats and water, so he better make himself present during her visits! She has many cats of her own, so she definitely understands that every cat is unique with it’s own personality and care needs. She’s a gem!"

She has taken care of my two kitties plenty of times when I have had to travel for work, and gives plentiful updates & photos when caretaking while I am away. "Kristin was great! she came daily around the same time and fed my kitty… she understands my cat’s spicy ways and is so patient with her….. it means everything to me to know my cat will not get stressed out by someone who “thinks” they get cats yet has never dealt with a spicy one! (that happened before I found Kristin & Meowtel! so stressful for me to worry about my pet while on vacation!) I have peace of mind with Kristin. We’ve used her twice now and there’s been no drama. we come home to a fed, cared for and happy cat! 😻"
