What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I love to spend time with cats so of course that is the main reason I enjoy cat sitting. I especially like providing enrichment to make sure kitties have mental stimulation for their wellbeing. I love to be able to provide peace of mind for cat parents so you can focus on you while you’re out and know you’ll come back to happy & healthy cats!

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

My cats names are Sidney (M, 3yo) and Pumpkin (F, 2yo). Sidney is black with a little heart shaped white patch on his belly and Pumpkin is a sweet orange girl.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

It’s super important to me to make sure the cat leads the interaction when meeting me as a new person. I respect their space and let the cat initiate any affection or closeness. I also like to get a detailed description from the cat parent to make sure to watch out for any behavior that’s out of the norm.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
