This was my first time booking a sitter for my cats so I was pretty nervous but James made me feel at ease. He was extremely thorough and provided detailed updates with pics/video everyday. One of my cats is very shy but he made sure she had enough to eat and was well cared for. My other cat absolutely adored him and got lots of play time. James responds very quickly to messages and is very adaptable. During the booking we had to make a few adjustments to the feeding schedule and it was no problem. He also took out the garbage before we came back so the apartment wouldn’t smell. We didn’t even ask him to do that but he went above and beyond. James is extremely reliable and his attention to detail shows how much he cares about the wellbeing of each cat. I highly recommend booking with him!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
