What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I understand that every cat is unique in personality and their comfort with someone new in their space so with my years of experience I always come with the respect that I am a guest in their home and world. Nine years have taught me that cats can be loving and playful and silly but that they can also enjoy their personal space and may take time to warm up. I like to be respectful of whatever they need from me and always like to promise a calm presence full of love and fun
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
My favorite cat site would have to be 2 brother Siamese cats! Both had very different personalities, one was all about the toys and all about the high energy play while the other was camped out under their owners bed but would come out when the energy was calmer and just wanted so gentle pets and to be loved on quietly. Two very different personalities but two very sweet boys that left a lasting impression on me
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
Lots and lots of patience!! Like I've said I completely understand I am a guest in their world and all I want to do it show I am a safe and calm space for them that they came trust. I'll never rush any cat, it all comes in their own time. But lots of calm sweet words, maybe a few curious sniffs and lots and lots of love!!

She makes time for an introductory meeting with you and your pet to help build a relationship and make you and your pet feel comfortable with her. Beth communicates clearly and often which puts us at ease when leaving our cats with her. She goes above and beyond every time she comes over. Some examples include cleaning up messes the cats make, sending pictures of them and giving us in depth descriptions of how they are doing. It is obvious by the way Beth interacts with our cats that she loves and cares about them! I highly recommend Beth as a pet sitter! We are incredibly lucky to have her!

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
