Abigail made sure all my pets had their basic needs met. She made sure everyone was fed and had water and gave me daily updates. Unfortunately she would only stay about 30 minutes for a 45 minute reservation leaving my cats with less attention than they would have liked. She sent basic updates with 1-2 pictures and did not top off our litterbox.
