For as long as I can remember I've loved cats! Every Christmas I begged Santa for a kitten to show up under my tree, I even did a project in the 3rd grade about cats to prove I was knowledgeable and could handle them. I did end up getting a cat for Christmas one year and she was the best part of my life. Now don't get me wrong all animals are great, but the love and affection a cat can show when they truly appreciate you is one of a kind! Growing up with my cat, Peaches, I learned a lot about cat's behaviors and how to handle them. It taught me that, like us all, cat's need their own space and independence but still love affection and to be cared for. Once I got older I started cat sitting for friends and family and eventually made my way to work at an animal hospital! Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
