Hi everyone! My name is Leah and I am an avid cat lover! I have grown up with cats my whole life and currently have one adorable fluffy black cat named Maki (like the sushi roll)! She was not very socialized (very shy and would hide under my bed) when I adopted her, so I am very knowledgeable in care for shy/timid cats! I am constantly surrounded by cats, whether it is at my own home, or a friend's house, and I always go out of my way to give them pets, treats, and/or cuddles! I have also volunteered at a few different animal shelters over the years, so I have gotten used to caring for cats of all kinds and in different settings! She also provided detailed updated and lots of photos/videos after every visit, which was much appreciated! Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
