I love getting to meet new cats and help give owners peace of mind when they are out of town!

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I am committed to conducting an introductory visit with any new cat parent to make sure the cat is relatively familiar with me when I first go to visit. I want to make sure everything goes smoothly on that first visit, so it is important to understand access to the building/home and where the cat likes to hang out.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I have a very timid cat and it has always been important to me to give him space. Cats will let you know when they are comfortable.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
