Aileen went above and beyond while caring for our cat Clint. She worked to batten-down the house following a severe windstorm and shoveled following a snow storm. All while caring for Clint. A wonderful experience for us.

Aileen took great care of our Rumi and Cleo! She was attentive, patient, and loving. She even bought Cleo a new toy to soothe her anxiety. Aileen communicated with us throughout the process and provided consistent updates. It was clear that she really cared about our babies. We were so appreciative to come home to happy, healthy cats, and would definitely hire Aileen again!

Aileen stayed with our two kitties, Izzie and Ozzie for 10 days while my husband and I traveled. We knew from the first meeting that she’d be a great fit with the kitties. Our normally shy and skiddish girl cat who takes hours to warm up came right up to her and rubbed on her legs. It was our first time hiring a cat sitter and a house sitter and we were nervous about the whole process. Aileen kept us updated on the kitties and sent photos and status updates. Our male cat even snuggled with her in bed which is also something that usually takes him a while to do with new people. Aside from the cats absolutely loving her, she took incredible care of our house and new raised bed gardens (during one of the hottest weeks of the summer). I am new to gardening and with our new house we had plants growing alongside our garage that I was having trouble identifying/managing overgrowth. She drew me a diagram of the identified plants and gave recommendations for management of these plants which was amazing. She also made rainbow potato salad and left some for me which was a lifesaver after coming home from a delayed 9 hr flight and no will to go grocery shopping. The kitties were so happy and comfortable on our return and we could tell they were well cared for and loved in our absence. We cannot recommend aileen enough for cat sitting and/or house sitting. She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable regarding cat care, communicates well, and treated our kitties like they were her own. For our first experience using meowtel we feel like we knocked it out of the park and really lucked out with Aileen. We would absolutely book her for future cat sitting ventures 🐱❤️

Aileen was great once again. She is always on time and does a great job. Always sends me pictures and a little update about her visit. She was very accommodating on my recent trip to switch a day to make things smoother. I will continue to use her to take care of my little buddy.
