"We booked Kyle to look after our two cats, Bumblebee and Cali (both 7 months old), over a long weekend, three days total, and it couldn't have gone better. Some context: this was the first time we'd ever left them, the first night they'd spent without us, and our first time ever using a cat sitter. So, yeah, a lot of firsts, and we were a bit of a mess about it. The meet-and-greet went really well. We liked Kyle right away, and the cats seemed pretty relaxed around him, which was a good sign. Even so, we were still anxious about how they'd handle us being gone and a new person coming in and out of the house. Turns out we didn't need to worry. Everything went great. Kyle came by twice a day, right when he said he would, and stayed the full time we'd agreed on. After every visit he sent us photos, which honestly made a huge difference for our nerves. Bumblebee had a blast playing with him, and so did Cali, who's usually pretty skittish with new people. Seeing her in those photos told us everything we needed to know. Communication was great the whole time, and he followed our instructions perfectly. We'll definitely be booking Kyle again. If you're nervous first-timers like we were, he's a great pick."

Sophie acted immediately, contacted us right away, and quite honestly, her quick response may have saved his life. We rushed home as soon as we heard, but throughout the entire ordeal, Sophie kept in constant communication with us, checked on our baby and even went to visit him in the ER. Her kindness, compassion and dedication to the kitties in her care went above and beyond anything we could have expected from a pet sitter. She cared for Mingus like he was her own. Emergencies happen and we are endlessly grateful that Sophie was there when Mingus needed someone most.
