"when I travel, I have my brother check on my cat, but he is allergic so he can't really give her all the loves she needs! I decided to reach out to Kristen and I'm so happy she was able to come over to check on Rosie and just be with her. Rosie was a bit shy, but having Kristen there helped her feel less alone. Kristen came over bearing treats, cleaned the litter box, and made sure Rosie had enough clean water and food. I came home to a very happy kitty, that usually is mad at me when I return. She's giving me so much cuddles and love 🥰 Thank you, Kristen. We appreciate you!! I would definitely book Kristen again to check on my baby 😻 because, you know what they say, happy cat, happy life!"

"We just got back and we’re still smiling at the photo updates we received! SO CUTE! Kelsey seriously went above and beyond with our little crew! Two highlights that genuinely blew us away: she managed to spot AND get a photo of Mac, our shyest guy who almost no one outside my husband and I ever sees. And Roux, our anxious girl who typically hides and stress-spirals when we're gone, was actually hanging around and comfortable enough to be photographed. That is HUGE for us and says everything about the calm, patient energy she brought to our home. Goomba and Wednesday had a blast and LOVED play/treat time! The communication was easy and relaxed the whole time. We never felt like we were bothering her with questions, and the updates came naturally without us having to chase them down. It made the trip so much more enjoyable knowing everyone was genuinely okay. We will absolutely be booking her again. Our cats are already looking forward to it :) THANK YOU!"

"Kyle was amazing to work with! Communication was seamless throughout the booking and meet-and- greet process, and the meet-and-greet itself was wonderful. Kyle was patient and thoughtful when meeting our somewhat shy and skittish kitty. He sat on the ground to wait for Bandit to approach and knew not to make any fast, sudden movements. Kyle also asked great questions and had such an attention to detail that we knew Bandit would be in caring, knowledgeable hands. During the two drop-in visits, Kyle provided lots of detail about how Bandit was doing and sent the most adorable pictures! It was clear that Bandit warmed up to Kyle immediately. He didn’t hide at all, gave Kyle rubs, and even sat on the couch with Kyle for a second, which is not usually the case when our nervous guy is with new people! We already booked Kyle again for a longer trip we’re taking in April, and we could not feel happier about it!"
