"Kyle was amazing to work with! Communication was seamless throughout the booking and meet-and- greet process, and the meet-and-greet itself was wonderful. Kyle was patient and thoughtful when meeting our somewhat shy and skittish kitty. He sat on the ground to wait for Bandit to approach and knew not to make any fast, sudden movements. Kyle also asked great questions and had such an attention to detail that we knew Bandit would be in caring, knowledgeable hands. During the two drop-in visits, Kyle provided lots of detail about how Bandit was doing and sent the most adorable pictures! It was clear that Bandit warmed up to Kyle immediately. He didn’t hide at all, gave Kyle rubs, and even sat on the couch with Kyle for a second, which is not usually the case when our nervous guy is with new people! We already booked Kyle again for a longer trip we’re taking in April, and we could not feel happier about it!"

I decided to reach out to Kristen and I'm so happy she was able to come over to check on Rosie and just be with her. Rosie was a bit shy, but having Kristen there helped her feel less alone. Kristen came over bearing treats, cleaned the litter box, and made sure Rosie had enough clean water and food. I came home to a very happy kitty, that usually is mad at me when I return. Sophie acted immediately, contacted us right away, and quite honestly, her quick response may have saved his life. We rushed home as soon as we heard, but throughout the entire ordeal, Sophie kept in constant communication with us, checked on our baby and even went to visit him in the ER. Her kindness, compassion and dedication to the kitties in her care went above and beyond anything we could have expected from a pet sitter. She cared for Mingus like he was her own. Emergencies happen and we are endlessly grateful that Sophie was there when Mingus needed someone most. We are so thankful for everything she did for our old boy, and now he is back to his normal self and enjoying his favorite spot in the sun! 🌞"
